Terms of Service

The service is provided to current or prospective Echoes Piano Studio students, their parents or guardians, and authorized studio staff. You must provide accurate information, use only accounts you are authorized to access, and follow applicable laws and studio policies.

Portal access is personal. You are responsible for protecting access to your email account, one-time login codes, devices, calendar links, and any other credentials. Notify the studio promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. The studio may suspend or disable access to protect users or the service.

Lesson scheduling, cancellations, make-up credits, fees, invoices, and payments remain subject to the arrangements and policies agreed with Echoes Piano Studio. Information displayed in the portal is intended to help manage those services; contact the studio promptly if anything appears incorrect.

Learning materials are provided only to authorized users for personal educational use. Unless the studio or rights holder permits it, users must not redistribute, publish, sell, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload harmful content, or use the service to violate another person's rights.

Private calendar subscriptions are optional and read-only. Compatible calendar applications may display Echoes lesson events from the user's private feed, but changes made in the subscribed calendar do not reschedule studio lessons. Users may disable or reset the private link at any time. Google, Apple, Microsoft, and other external services are governed by their own terms, refresh schedules, and availability.

We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but maintenance, internet problems, provider outages, or other events may interrupt it. Features may be corrected, improved, limited, or discontinued when reasonably necessary. Important lesson or payment questions should be confirmed directly with the studio.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as a studio-management convenience without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Echoes Piano Studio is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account use, external service failures, or reliance on information the user knew or should reasonably have known was incorrect.

You may stop using the portal or disconnect optional integrations at any time. The studio may limit or end access when the lesson relationship ends, these terms are violated, or security and legal requirements make it necessary. Provisions that logically continue—such as payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, and record retention—remain effective.
